Web Design

Last year, the students worked hard at developing web design-related products including the HUGE and most important project, a brand new school-wide web site. They went through every phase from planning to building the CSDR web site. They met with the Administration, which was their first “professional” client several times to gather information and use them to help with the web design process. After presenting and revising their design comps based on their client’s needs and feedback, they delivered the final product combining several students’ ideas and the client’s needs. It was a great experience for them. They realized it was not easy to work with the client especially during the design process — a real world experience.

They used the tools; Dreamweaver MX, Flash MX, and Fireworks MX in the development of their projects that helped prepare them for the final and biggest project, the school/client web site.

The CSDR web site has approximately 2,500 pages including several photo galleries, and 50,000 links. Hope you enjoy browse the site. Feel free to send us feedback.
